
Natural Winter Flu Remedy
How to Make It
Boil 2 cups of water in a small pot or kettle.
Add:
1 teaspoon Hibiscus Tea
¼ teaspoon Dry Ginger
A small piece of Whole Turmeric Root (or ¼ tsp grated/dried)
Let the mixture steep for 10 minutes.
Strain into a cup.
Stir in 1–2 teaspoons of Raw Honey to taste.
Open and add contents of 1 Cinnamon Capsule if desired.
Tip: Sip slowly and inhale the steam — it's soothing for sinus congestion too.
